Vendor Registration

Booth (Size 10x10) 2 days rental $500.00 per booth. Power supply, 2 display tables, and 2 chairs will be provided at each booth. Vendors will have to bring their own Extension cords, multi-plugs, Occupational licenses, and extra lighting fixers. All fees must be paid in full 48hrs prior to the event date. Booth rental fees are non-refundable. The committee is not responsible for any kind of natural calamities or any situation beyond the control of the committee The unused cooking oil must be dumped in a septic grease container, (the container will be provided by the Food fair committee) vendors must carry their own liability insurance

PRIOR APPROVAL IS NECESSARY BY THE COMMITTE FOR SELLING NON-FOOD ITEMS. UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PLEASE PROVIDE A LIST OF THE NON-FOOD ITEMS WILL BE SOLD AT THE FAIR. IF IT IS REQUIRED, THE VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE NECESSARY PERMISSION FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND OBEY THE RULES AND REGULATION

All selling items must declare here

I will abide by the rules of the festival committee, city, county & state Regulation regarding insurance, Permits, sales, tax, Fire safety etc.
