The Asian Food Music & Cultural Festival 2019 will be held on Saturday and Sunday; November 23 & 24 at Apopka Amphitheater. 3710 Jason Dwelley parkway, Apopka, FL 32712. The festival committee will publish 10,000 copies of a colorful magazine for this event and will distribute FREE to each visitor and to the Asian American Community. This magazine is the key entry of publishing your Advertisement.

ONLY FOR USA (BOOTH RESERVATION DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 26, 2019)

Vendor Registration Fee:

Booth (Size 10x10) costing per booth $700 including insurance. Committee will provide two display tables and two chairs per booth. Vendor will have to bring 1. 10x10 Tent. 2. Fire Extinguisher. 3. Extension cords, multi plugs, Extra lighting fixtures. 4. Food permits. 5. Occupational License. 6. Liability Insurance. Booth Reservation fee is non-refundable. Connittee is not responsible for any kind of natural calamities or any situation beyond the control of the committee.

I/We will abide by the rules of the festival committee, city, county, & state regulation regarding insurance, permits, sales tax fire & safety etc.
